Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of October 3, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.




(1) Russian hybrid forces dramatically increased to 30 the number of attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours. The enemy actively used forbidden hard weaponry against Ukrainian troops.

(2) Russian proxies launched 13 attacks with the following types of arms in the East area:

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers - near Vodyane (2 times),

antitank missile complex - near Novogrygorivka,

APC fire - near Vodyane,

easel anti-tank grenade launchers – near Novogrygorivka and Pavlopil (3 times),

high caliber machine guns – near Novogrygorivka, Novognativka and Novotroytske,

automatic grenade launchers – near Mykolayvka,

grenade launchers of different systems – near Verkhnyotoretske, Novotroytske (2 times), Vodyane and Avdyivka (2 times),

UAVs - near Pavlopil,

small arms – near Verkhnyotoretske, Novogrygorivka, Vodyane, Pavlopil, Avdyivka and Novotroytske,

(3) Russian occupiers launched 17 attacks in the North area with the use of the following types of arms:

forbidden 122-mm artillery – near Novozvanivka (2 times),

forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Zolote (2 times),

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Novoluhanske (4 times) and Hutyr Vilnuy,

easel anti-tank grenade launchers - near Hutyr Vilnuy, Luhanske, Zaytseve and Troytske,

automatic grenade launchers - near Novgorodske,

grenade launchers of different systems – near Pivdenne, Zolote, Novoluhanske, Krymske, Kryakivka, Luhanske and Katerynivka (2 times),

high caliber machine guns - near Krymske, Troytske and Novgorodske,

small arms – near Krymske, Luhanske, Kryakivka, Novoluhanske, Hutyr Vilnuy, Zolote, Pivdenne and Katerynivka,

(4) 1 Ukrainian serviceman was wounded in actions in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours.
