Zambia demands Russia to explain how its citizen ended up on the battlefield in Ukraine

Zambia urges Russia to explain how its citizen from the Moscow prison ended up on the battlefield and was killed in Ukraine.

Zambia has asked Russia to explain how one of its citizen - a student, who had been serving a prison sentence in Moscow, ended up on the battlefield in Ukraine and was killed there. This was sated by Zambia’s Foreign Minister Stanley Kakubo, as reported by Reuters.

A week ago, on November 5, The Insider reported that over 500 prisoners recruited by Prigozhin to Wagner's PMK had been killed in Ukraine in two months.

By the way, today Vladimir Putin signed a decree legalizing the conscription of persons with second citizenship into the Russian army. The decree also allows foreign citizens to serve as officers in the Russian army under contract.
