Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of July 26, 2017 by ATO HQ operational data and Presidential Administration spokesman on ATO issues briefing: EMPR highlights.

(1) Russian hybrid forces dramatically increased to 27 number of attacks against Ukrainian troops posirions in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours, including 24 times on Luhansk direction, 2 times on Donetsk direction and 1 time on Mariupol direction;
(2) Luhansk direction: Intensive one-hour-long combat between Russian occupiers and Ukrainian troops took place near Katarynivka; the enemy fired with mortars and APCs in Popasna district; Russian forces fulfilled 2 attacks in Novotoshkivske as well as opened fire in Stanytsya Luhanska and Krymske;
(3) Donetsk direction: Russian forces shelled in Luhanske, Kamyanka, Butovka mine and Pisky;
(4) Mariupol direction: Russian occupiers fired with hard weaponry (APCs and tanks) in Krasnogorivka; Russian spiner fire reported  in Shyrokino;
(5) No lethal casualties reported among Ukrainian troops, but 1 serviceman was wounded in action in the war zone in eastern Ukraine over the past day.
