Tonight, the russian Federation launched another air and missile attack on Ukraine. Information regarding the consequences of this terrorist attack is currently being clarified.
Over the past 24 hours, the enemy launched 11 missile and 49 air strikes, and fired 48 rocket salvo fire strikes at the positions of our troops and populated areas. As a result of the Russian terrorist attacks, civilians were injured, residential buildings, commercial and administrative buildings, as well as private motor vehicles were damaged.
The probability of launching missile and air strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine remains very high.
The enemy is concentrating its main efforts on the Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Mariinka directions – 28 combat clashes took place during the past day.
In the Volyn and Poliske directions, the operational situation has not changed significantly.
In the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the enemy carried out an airstrike during the day in the area of Shpyl, Sumy region. He carried out mortar and artillery attacks on more than 20 settlements, including Seredyna-Buda, Kozache, Stepne, Popivka, Grabovske of the Sumy region and Basove, Visoka Yaruga, Ternova, Vovchansk of the Kharkiv region.
In the Kupyansk direction, our soldiers are firmly holding the defense. During the day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions south of Masyutivka, Kharkiv region. Conducted an airstrike in the Kislivka area. Kamianka, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Kupyansk and Kislivka of the Kharkiv region were subjected to enemy artillery and mortar attacks.
In the Lymanskyi direction, during the day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions east of Vesely, Donetsk region. He carried out airstrikes in the areas of Belogorivka, Luhansk region, and Siversk, Donetsk region. The settlements of Nevske, Bilogorivka in Luhansk region and Torske, Spirne and Rozdolivka in Donetsk region were hit by artillery fire.
In the Bakhmut direction, our defenders successfully repelled all enemy attacks in the areas of Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Hryhorivka, and Ivanivskyi. Also, the enemy made attempts to restore the lost position northwest of Kurdyumivka, but was unsuccessful. He carried out airstrikes in the North and New York districts of the Donetsk region. More than 10 settlements, including Vasyukivka, Bohdanivka, Chasiv Yar, Bila Gora and Druzhba in Donetsk region, were affected by enemy artillery shelling.
In the Avdiivka direction, the enemy launched an airstrike in the area of the city of Avdiivka. At the same time, the enemy carried out artillery fire on more than 10 settlements, in particular, Avdiivka, Pervomaiske and Nevelske of the Donetsk region were affected.
In the Mariinka direction, the Defense Forces continue to hold back the advance of Russian troops in the Maryinka area. The enemy shelled more than 10 settlements, including Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, and Georgiivka in the Donetsk region.
In the Shakhtarsk direction, in the northern part of Staromayorskyi, Donetsk region, the enemy made unsuccessful attempts to restore the lost position. Airstrikes in Novomykhailivka, Vremivka, Blagodatny and Makarivka districts of Donetsk region. Fired at the settlements of Paraskoviivka, Novomykhailivka, Vugledar, Zolota Niva, Velyka Novosilka, and Blagodatne.
In the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, the enemy is concentrating its main efforts on preventing the further advance of our troops. He carried out airstrikes in the districts of Novodarivka, Malaya Tokmachka, and Stepovoy of the Zaporizhzhia region. He carried out artillery shelling of more than 15 settlements, including Malinivka, Gulyaipole, Charivne of the Zaporizhzhia region; Dudchany, Kozatske, Lviv, Ivanivka, Antonivka, Berehove, Kizomys, Rozlyv of the Kherson region and the city of Kherson.
At the same time, the Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to conduct an offensive operation in the Melitopol and Berdyansk directions, are entrenched at the reached boundaries, and carry out counter-battery countermeasures.
Over the past day, the aviation of the defense forces has carried out 15 strikes on the areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, 1 of which was on the enemy’s anti-aircraft missile complex.
During the day, units of missile troops and artillery hit the area of concentration of manpower, 20 artillery pieces in firing positions, 2 anti-aircraft defense pieces and 2 EW stations of the occupiers.
