Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of  September 26, 2017 by ATO HQ operational data and Presidential Administration spokesman on ATO issues briefing: EMPR highlights.

(1) Russian hybrid forces fired 13 times in the war zone in eastern Ukraine over the past 24 hours, including 8 times on Donetsk direction and 5 times on Mariupol direction;
(2) Luhansk direction: no warfare reported on this direction;
(3) Donetsk direction: Russian occupiers fired upon Ukrainian troops positions in Avdiivka, Butovka mine and Horlivka; in particular, the enemy used high caliber machine guns nearby Avdyivka and Mayorsk; Russian proxies fired with grenade launchers upon Ukrainian positions in Zhovanka and Butovka mine;
(4) Mariupol direction: Russian armed provocation reported in Novotroytske and Pavlopil – Shyrokino front direction; Russian forces fired with forbidden 82-mm mortars and released 5 mines upon Ukrainian troops in Lebedynske; the enemy used forbidden 82-mm mortar fire and shelled residential area of Maryinka resulting damages to 7 residential houses; the enemy used high caliber machine guns in Vodyane and Talakivka;
(5) No lethal casualties reported among Ukrainian troops as well as no one was wounded in action in the war zone in eastern Ukraine over the last 24 hours.
