Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of  December 11, 2017 by ATO HQ operational data and Ministry of Defence spokesman on ATO issues: EMPR highlights.



(1) Russian hybrid forces violated ceasefire regime 22 times in the war zone in eastern Ukraine over the last 24 hours, including 16 times on Luhansk direction and 6 times on Donetsk and Mariupol directions; in particular, the enemy released 122 mines of forbidden 120-mm caliber and 60 mines of forbidden 82-mm caliber upon Ukrainian troops positions; Ukrainian servicemen were forces to returned fire in 12 cases;
(2) Luhansk direction: Russian proxeis launched heavy attacks with APCs, grenade launchers, small arms as well as released over 100 mines of forbidden 82-mm and 120-mm caliber in Luhanske; the enemy shelled with mortar launchers and released 40 mines upon Ukrainian positions near Travneve; Russian occupiers fired with 120-mm mortar launchers and released 15 mines in Lozove; the enemy shelled with 82-mm mortars in Krymske and Zaytseve; Russian proxies fired with grenade launchers and machine guns in Popasna, Svitlodarska, Novozvanivka, Troytske, Novooleksandrivka;
(3) Donetsk and Mariupol directions: Russian occupeirs luanched attacks with the use of 82-mm mortars in Kamyanka, Opytne and Lozove; the enemy fired with forbidden 120-mm mortars near Vodyane; Russian proxies shelled with APCs and infantry weaponry in Hnutove, Kamyana and Bogdanivka;
(4) No lethal casualties as well as no wounded in action reported among Ukrainian servicemen in the war zone in eastern Ukraine over the last 24 hours.
