Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of October 24, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.
(1) Russian hybrid forces launched 22 attacks attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours, including the use of forbidden hard weaponry against Ukrainian troops.
(2) Russian occupiers launched 12 attacks with the following types of arms in the East area:
forbidden 122-mm artillery – near Vodyane (2 times),
easel anti-tank grenade launchers – near Pishchevyk (2 times) and Pavlopil (2 times),
manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Pishchevyk (2 times) and Pavlopil (2 times),
high caliber machine guns – near Pishchevyk, Taramchuk, Pisky (2 times), Lebedynske (2 times) and Pavlopil,
small arms – near Vodyane, Pishchevyk (2 times), Starognatyvka and Lebedynske (2 times),
(3) Russian occupiers launched 10 attacks in the North area with the use of the following types of arms:
forbidden 82-mm moratra launcers – near Novoluhanske (2 times),
automatic grenade launchers – near Novoluhanske and Pivdenne,
anti-tank grenade launchers – near Novoluhanske,
manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Luhanske (4 times),
automatic grenade launchers – near Krymske and Zaytseve,
grenade launchers of different systems – near Zolote,
high caliber machine guns – near Luhanske (4 times), Novoluhanske, Pivdenne and Krymske,
APC fire – near Krymske,
small arms – near Zolote and Pivdenne,
(4) No lethal casualties and no wounded in actions reported among Ukrainian servicemen for the last 24 hours.
