Russia – Ukraine war updates: daily briefings as of July 7, 2019

Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of July 7, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.

(1) Russian hybrid forces launched 26 attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine over the past day. The enemy used heavy weaponry in 8 cases.

(2) Russian occupiers launced 16 attacks with the following types of weaponry in the East area:

forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Lebedynske,

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Lebedynske and Maryinka,

antitank grenade launchers – near Pishchevik,

grenade launchers of different systems – near Maryinka, Pavlopil (3 times), Bogdanivka (2 times) and Hnutove (2 times),

high caliber machine guns – near Bogdanivka, Hnutove, Krasnogorivka and Starognativka,

APC – near Vodyane,

small arms – near Shyrokino, Maryinka, Vodyane, Starognativka, Pishchevik suburbs and near Bogdanivka.

(3) Russian proxies launched 10 attacks with the following types of weaponry in the North area:

forbidden 122-mm artillery – near Pivdenne (2 times),

forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Novotoshkivske, Svitlodarsk and Pivdenne,

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Hutir Vilnuy and Novotoshkivske and Novoluhanske (2 times),

APC – near Pivdenne,

automatic grenade launchers – near Pivdenne,

grenade launchers of different systems – near Hutir Vilnuy, Zaytseve and Novgorodske,

anti tank grenade luanchers – near Shumy,

high caliber machine guns – near Novoluhanske, Pivdenne, Shumy and Novgorodske,

small arms – near Novgorodske, Shumy and Pivdenne.

(4) Russian forces losses over the last 24 hours are as follows: 3 killed in actions.

(5) 5 Ukrainian servicemen were wounded in actions in the war zone in Euasten Ukraine for the last 24 hours.
