Russia - Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of  September 27, 2017 by ATO HQ operational data and Presidential Administration spokesman on ATO issues briefing: EMPR highlights.



(1) Russian hybrid forces launched 15 attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine over the past 24 hours, including 2 attacks on Luhansk direction, 7 attacks on Donetsk direction and 6 on Mariupol direction;
(2) Luhansk direction: no Russian forces shelling with the use of grenade launchers took place near Krymske; the enemy fired with small arms in Lopaskino and Novozvanivka;
(3) Donetsk direction: Russian proxies fired at Avdiivka surburbs with the various types of grenade launchers, high caliber machine guns and small arms; the enemy opened fire from grenade launchers upon Ukrainian positions in Kamyanka and Butovka mine;
(4) Mariupol direction: the hottest spot reported in Vodyane, where the enemy shelled with grenade launchers and APCs upon Ukrainian positions; Russian occupiers used grenade luanchers fire near Maryinka; the enemy fired with high caliber machine guns in Shyrokino; Russian proxies actively shelled with APCs fire in Hnutovo;
(5) No lethal casualties reported among Ukrainian troops, but 1 Ukrainian serviceman was wounded in action in the war zone in eastern Ukraine over the last 24 hours.
