Continuing its terror tactics, the russian Federation launched 16 missile strikes last night, in particular on the cities of Kharkiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv and Odesa Oblast. In addition, 61 airstrikes and 52 enemy attacks from rocket salvo fire systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas were recorded. Unfortunately, there are dead and wounded civilians, high-rise buildings, private homes and other civilian infrastructure were damaged.
The probability of further russian missile and air strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.
The russian occupiers concentrate there main efforts on the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdyivka and Maryinka directions. Heavy fighting continues for the cities of Bakhmut and Maryinka. In general, during the past day, 55 russian attacks were repulsed on the indicated sections of the front.
No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Poliske directions.
On the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas with Ukraine. During the past day, the enemy carried out airstrikes on the areas of the settlements of Zareche, Leonivka, and Kostobobriv of the Chernihiv Oblast and Glukhiv of the Sumy Oblast. He carried out mortar and artillery shelling of the settlements of Orlykivka, Tymonovichi, Zareche, Bleshnya, Zaliznyi Myst, Arkhipivka, Leonivka, Buchki of the Chernihiv Oblast; Stara Huta, Seredyna-Buda, Bachivsk, Ulanov, Vorozhba, Iskryskivshchyna, and Novgorodske in the Sumy Oblast, as well as Udy, Vovchansk, Pletenivka, Bochkove, Mala Vovcha, Nesterne, Budarky, and Stroivka in the Kharkiv Oblast.
Therussian forces did not conduct offensive operations in the Kupyansk direction. They carried out airstrikes in the areas of Hryanikyukka and Vilshan settlements. The settlements of Krasne Pershe, Figolivka, Novomlynsk, Zapadne, Lyman Pershey, Berestov in Kharkiv Oblast and Novoselivske and Stelmakhivka in Luhansk Oblast were hit by artillery and mortar attacks.
On the Lyman direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the direction of Spirny during the day. He carried out airstrikes in the areas of the settlements of Bilogorivka in the Luhansk Oblast, as well as Torske and Spirne in the Donetsk Oblast. Stelmakhivka, Makyivka and Nevske in the Luhansk Oblast and Belogorivka and Spirne in the Donetsk Oblast were hit by artillery fire.
On the Bakhmut direction, the enemy continues to conduct offensive actions. Fighting continues in the city of Bakhmut, the occupiers bombarded the city with incendiary and phosphorous ammunition. During the day, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the direction of the settlements of Khromove, Ivanovske, Chasiv Yar and Stupochki. He carried out airstrikes in the areas of the settlements of Bakhmut, Bohdanivka, Kurdyumivka and New York. Zaliznyanske, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Novomarkove, Markove, Bakhmut, Ivanovske, Chasiv Yar, Stupochki, Oleksandro-Shultine and Leonidivka of the Donetsk Oblast were affected by enemy shelling.
On the Avdyivka direction, the enemy conducted offensive operations in the Avdyivka and Pervomaisky districts last night, without success. The enemy also shelled Keramik, Novokalynove, Ocheretine, Berdychi, Avdiyivka, Vodyane, Pervomaiske, Nevelske, Netaylove, Karlivka, and Gostre settlements in the Donetsk Oblast.
On the Maryinka direction, units of the defense forces repelled numerous enemy attacks in the area of the city of Maryinka. At the same time, Krasnohorivka, Georgiivka, Kurakhove and Pobyeda of the Donetsk Oblast came under enemy fire.
The russian forces did not conduct offensive operations on the Shakhtarsk direction. They shelled the settlements of Novomykhailivka, Katerynivka, Elizavetivka, Vugledar, Pavlivka, Prechistivka, Zolota Niva, Novoukrainka, Shakhtarske, and Velyka Novosilka of the Donetsk Oblast.
The enemy continues to conduct defensive operations on the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions. russian troops carried out airstrikes in the areas of Vremivka in the Donetsk Oblast and Gulyaipol and Novodanilivka in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Meanwhile, he shelled more than 50 settlements.
