War in Ukraine through the eyes of children.

An exhibit of children’s art about the war in Ukraine is being presented at the church of Sts. Peter and Paul in the center of Lviv.

Fear, tears, sadness and the pain of loss, the eternal hope of the triumph of Good and the victory of Ukraine, the joy of a reunion after a long absence, death and life, black and white – these are some of the concerns and emotions that fill the little hearts of loving children. They don’t always share their emotions with us, adults; they suffer privately, silently, keeping their feelings hidden as they live through all that is going on around them. Their pictures reveal their hopes and their thoughts, their worries and their fears, and their greatest wishes.
