Two hockey players were killed as a result of a Russian missile strike

Ukrainian hockey players Bohdan Titov and Maksym Brahin were killed in a Russian missile attack on Zaporizhzhia.

This was reported by the Ice Hockey Federation of Ukraine on December 6, 2024.

Both players were part of the amateur team “Aurora.” Titov served as the team’s captain, while Brahin, in addition to playing for the amateur team, also coached children at a local youth sports school.

It is worth noting that a day earlier, a midfielder from Sumy’s “Viktoria,” a First League football club, was injured in a Russian missile strike.

Recently, it was revealed that two players from Ukraine’s youth hockey team ended their careers at the age of 20.
