Three Ukrainian citizens, employees of the ICRC, were killed due to a Russian shelling

Additionally, two others were injured. The Russian artillery strike targeted the village of Virolubivka in the Donetsk region. The ICRC workers were in a truck transporting humanitarian aid.

“Although the attack is known, both the ICRC and the International Federation of Red Cross (IFRC) remain silent!

No reaction, condemnation, or expression of condolences!

This silence only shields Russia’s criminal policies! The ICRC must officially and publicly acknowledge Russia’s violations of the Geneva Conventions!

Has the ICRC truly become indifferent even to the deaths of their own employees?

Or are they that afraid of speaking the truth?!” said Dmytro Lubinets, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
