On the night of May 26, Russian occupiers attacked the Odesa region, resulting in the destruction of a residential house and damage to the roofs of other houses, garages, and vehicles.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service (DSNS) on Telegram, as cited by Rubryka.
“Overnight, fires and destruction occurred in private properties due to strikes by enemy drones.
In the Odesa district, a residential house of 100 square meters was destroyed and caught fire. Firefighters promptly extinguished the blaze,” the DSNS report stated.

Additionally, the following were damaged:
- Roofs of residential houses,
- An outbuilding,
- 2 garages,
- 3 passenger cars,
- A fence,
- A gas pipeline (without subsequent fire).

At another address, 2 garages were destroyed by fire, a passenger car was completely destroyed, and a residential house was damaged.
“Fortunately, there are no casualties or injuries,” the State Emergency Service (DSNS) reported.

Russian attack on May 26
As reported, on the night of May 26, Russian forces launched missile strikes from strategic aviation aircraft across Ukraine. The invaders also attacked using drones.
Due to the massive barrage of Russian drones and missiles, an air raid alert was declared overnight on April 26 in Kyiv and most Ukrainian regions.
In particular, Khmelnytskyi region suffered another combined attack by Russian forces. Preliminary reports indicate no civilian casualties, but there was damage to civilian infrastructure.
Kharkiv was under a heavy drone attack, with at least 13 explosions heard in the city, but no casualties were reported.
Russian occupiers also attacked the Dnipro region with various types of weapons, causing a fire and damage to residential buildings and vehicles.
