Tonight, the russian Federation struck Ukraine with anti-aircraft guided missiles. Information regarding the consequences of this terrorist attack is currently being clarified.
During the past day, the russian Federation struck Ukraine with 2x Iranian shahed drones, 2x Kh-22 cruise missiles and 2xanti-aircraft guided missiles. As a result of the combat work of the Air Defense Forces of Ukraine, two attack UAVs were destroyed.
In addition, the enemy carried out 40 airstrikes and launched 46 attacks from rocket salvo systems.
The probability of launching missile and air strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.
The enemy is concentrating its main efforts on the Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Mariinka directions – 39 combat clashes took place during the past day.
In the Volyn and Poliske directions, the operational situation has not changed significantly. No signs of formation of enemy offensive groups were detected. Certain units of the Armed Forces of Belarus perform tasks in the areas bordering Ukraine.
The enemy maintains a military presence in the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions. During the day, airstrikes were carried out in the areas of Volfyny, Sumy Region, and Ustinivka, Kharkiv Region. The enemy carried out mortar and artillery shelling of more than 20 settlements, including Karpovychi, Zaliznyi Myst of Chernihiv region; Boyaro-Lezhachi, Bilokopytove and Progres of Sumy region and Sotnytskyi Kozachok, Kozacha Lopan, Veterinarne and Krasne in Kharkiv Oblast.
In the Kupyansk direction, our soldiers are firmly holding the defense. During the past day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions south of Novoselivskyi, Luhansk region. An airstrike was carried out in the same area. The settlements of Dvorichna, Krasne Pershe, Kolodyazne, Zapadne, Novomlynsk, Kislivka and Berestov of the Kharkiv region were subjected to enemy artillery and mortar attacks.
In the Lymans direction, during the day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions east of Vesely, Donetsk region. The russian occupiers carried out airstrikes in the areas of Nevsky and Bilogorivka of the Luhansk region and Spirny, Vesely, Ivano-Daryivka, Fedorivka and Rozdolivka of the Donetsk region. The settlements of Nevske and Bilogorivka in Luhansk region and Verkhnyokamianske, Torske, Spirne and Rozdolivka in Donetsk region were hit by artillery fire.
In the direction of Bakhmut, our defenders successfully repelled all enemy attacks in the area southwest of Andriyivka, Donetsk region. The enemy carried out airstrikes near Kostyantynivka and Diliivka, Donetsk region. More than 15 settlements, including Markov, Khromov, Diliivka, Vasyukivka, and Northern Donetsk region, were affected by enemy artillery shelling.
In the Avdiyivka direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the Pervomaisky region and launched an air strike near New York, Donetsk region. At the same time, the enemy fired artillery at more than 15 settlements, including Nevelske, Pervomaiske, Stepove, Severne and Avdiyivka of the Donetsk region.
In the Mariinka direction, the Defense Forces continue to hold back the advance of Russian troops in the Maryinka area. The enemy launched an air strike there. He shelled more than 10 settlements, including Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Katerynivka, and Georgiivka of the Donetsk region.
In the Shakhtarsk direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the Novomykhailivka region and carried out an air strike in the Blagodatny, Makarivka and Rivnopol regions of the Donetsk region. He shelled the settlements of Velyka Novosilka, Vugledar, Prechistivka, Zolota Niva and Blagodatne.
In the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, the enemy is concentrating its main efforts on preventing the further advance of our troops. He carried out an airstrike in the area of Mykilskyi, Kherson region. Conducted artillery shelling of more than 25 settlements, including Levadne, Novodarivka, Gulyaipole of the Zaporizhzhia region; Ivanivka, Kutsurub, Mykolaiv region; Dniprovske, Zolota balka, Molodizhne, Romashkove, Kizomys of the Kherson region and the city of Kherson.
At the same time, the Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to conduct an offensive operation in the Melitopol and Berdyansk directions, are entrenched at the reached boundaries, inflict fire damage from artillery on identified enemy targets, and carry out counter-battery countermeasures.
Aviation of the Defense Forces per day struck 9 strikes on enemy personnel concentration areas. Also, our defenders destroyed 7 reconnaissance UAVs during the day.
During the day, units of missile forces and artillery hit 2 ammunition depots, 5 artillery pieces in firing positions, 4 manpower concentration areas, 4 EW stations, 2 anti-aircraft defense equipment and 3 more important enemy facilities.
