Today Ukrainian expats celebrate the National Flag Day of Ukraine all over the world. EMPR has got an opportunity to get an insight of how it is done in Berlin.

Around 300 Ukrainians, living or staying these days in Berlin, have gathered at Tempelhofer Feld to celebrate the Flag Day of their country. Traditional Ukrainian cuisine, families and friends – all these create a homey atmosphere. One can meet here Ukrainians from all over Ukraine, including Odessa and Simferopol (the latter annexed by Russia).
