The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine gave 257 votes for Decree No4423 on Volodymyr Groysman appointement as a new Prime Minister today.

It worth mention, that MPs voted for Arseniy Yatsenyuk resignation as well as for Volodymyr Groysman appointement by the same Decree. This is a uniqe practice, thus in uncertainty caused by Parliamtn crisis and fear of deception political parties used this method.
To this end, Democratic Coalition (President Poroshenko’s Block BPP and Arseniy Yatsenyuk parly Narodniy Front) gave only 206 votes for this decree (total number of coalition member 226). Reamining votes were given by the former Party of Regions (ex President Yanukovych party) MPs and Ukrainian oligarchs representatives in the verkhovna Rada. Mentioned above, was named as total oligarchization of Ukrainian Parliament by Yulia Tymoshenko’s party of Batkyvshchyna and Oleg Lyashko’s Radical Party.
To remind, Arseniy Yatsenyuk in a video address to the Ukrainian nation announced on his decision to leave the position of the Prime Minister of Ukraine last Sunday. Such step was expected as Government crisis became very tense over the last weeks.
