Kyiv Administrtive court refused to take former Georgia President Mikheil Saakashvili under round-the-clock home arrest.
Appropriate decision was issued on December 11, 2017 by the presiding judge Larysa Tsokol. Mikheil Saakashvili is free for the period of investigation.
Thus, Ukrainian court did not support the request of the Prosecutor General’s office, who asked for a preventive measure for Mikheil Saakashvili as round-the-clock home arrest.
Court released Saakashvili from arrest and let him go. Another argument of lack of proofs and arguments of Poroshenko’s regime and sigh of his wickness
