Odesa suffered a terrible russian attack at night

On the night of Saturday, June 10, 2023 the invaders attacked Odesa. Although Ukrainian defenders have shot down all the drones over the region, there are casualties and damage to several high-rise buildings.

Around 11:45 p.m. Friday, June 9, 2023 explosions rang out in Odesa during an air raid alert. Monitoring chats reported on the attack of the russian shahed drones, later the information was officially confirmed. Residents were urged to stay in shelters and not interfere with the work of Ukrainian defenders.

At 12:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 10, locals reported about damages to a high-rise building. Terrible photos and videos of the consequences of the enemy attack were published, and later it became known about the first victims.

“As a result of the aerial battle, fragments of one of the drones hit an apartment in a high-rise apartment building, causing a fire. The fire with an area of 50 square meters was promptly extinguished. 3 civilians were killed. Several apartment buildings were damaged by the blast wave,” said the message of OK “South”.

The explosion was so strong that a huge crater formed on the children’s playground near residential buildings. In the apartments of many locals, the windows and doors were broken.

At 05:24, an air alert was again announced in Odesa. Repeated explosions were heard in the regional center. Previously, the air defense system worked. However, there are no official comments regarding the morning explosions yet.
