Israel delivered the early/smart warning system to Ukraine back in December 2023, according to the Israeli ambassador to Ukraine.
“The question should be directed to Ukraine, not to us. Everything we promised, we fulfilled.
So, please reach out to your agencies responsible for implementing the Israeli system.
The only information I have from our military personnel, who worked on this system, is that we fulfilled our commitments and delivered everything to the Ukrainian side.
It was quite a lengthy process that lasted many months.
