Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of October 7, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.




(1) Russian hybrid forces launched 25 attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours. The enemy continue to use forbidden hard weaponry against Ukrainian troops.

(2) Russian occupies launched 15 attacks with the following types of arms in the East area:

easel anti-tank grenade launchers – near Krasnogorivka (2 times) and Berezove,

manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Pavlopil (2 times),

automatic grenade launchers – near Avdyivka (2 times),

APC - near Novotroytske (3 times),

grenade launchers of different systems – near Novotroytske, Bogdanivka, Vodyane, Pishchevyk and Novognativka,

sniper fire - near Krasnogorivka,

small arms – near Krasnogorivka, Pavlopil, Avdyivka, Vodyane and Novomykhaylivka,

(3) Russian forces launched 10 attacks in the North area with the use of the following types of arms:

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Novoluhanske (3 times), Zaytseve and Luhanske,

easel anti-tank grenade launchers – Zolote-4 and Zolote,

manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Novoluhanske,

grenade launchers of different systems – near Novoluhanske and Luhanske,

small arms – near Novoluhanske, Zolote-4, Luhanske and Popasna.

(4) 1 Ukrainian serviceman was killed in actions and 1 serviceman was wounded in actions in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours.
