Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of August 15, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.
(1) Russian hybrid forces launched 13 attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine over the last 24 hours. The enemy used forbidden weaponry against Ukrainian troops positions.
(2) Russian proxies launched 9 attacks with the following types of arms in the East area:
grenade launchers of differnebt systems – near Mykolayivka,
manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Hnutove (3 times) and Vodyane,
high caliber machine guns – near Lebesyndske (2 times) and Hnutove,
small arms – near Pisky, Hnutove and Lebedynske.
(3) Russian occupiers launched 4 attacks in the North area with the use of the following arms:
forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Novoluhanske and Zaytseve,
forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Zaytseve,
automatic grenade launchers – near Zaytseve,
easel anti-tank grenade launchers – near Hutyr Vilnuy,
manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Pivdenne,
high caliber machine guns – near Pivdenne and Hutyr Vilnuy,
(3) 1 Ukrainian serviceman was killed in actions reported among Ukrainian servicemen for the past day.
