437 day of the russian large-scale invasion has begun.
Over the past day, russian forces launched 8 missile strikes, 49 air strikes, and launched 82 attacks from rocket salvo systems. Civilians suffered, private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged.
The probability of further missile and air strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.
The enemy continues to focus its main efforts on conducting offensive actions in the Bakhmut, Avdyivka and Maryinka directions – about 50 attacks by the invaders were repulsed. Bakhmut and Maryinka remain at the epicenter of hostilities, our defenders are holding the defense.
On the Volyn and Poliske directions, the operational situation has not undergone significant changes.
On the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the enemy carried out airstrikes on Ivanivka, Leonivka, Buchki in the Chernihiv Oblast and Znob-Trubchevska in the Sumy Oblast. He carried out mortar and artillery shelling of the settlements of Stara Huta, Baranivka, Tovstodubov, Bachivsk, Khodyne, Volfyne of the Sumy Oblast, as well as Chervona Zorya, Udy, Veterinarne, Graniv, Kozacha Lopan, Hoptivka, Hlyboke, Lukyantsi, Neskuchne, Staritsa in the Kharkiv Oblast.
On the Kupyansk direction, Bolohivka, Krasne Pershe, Figolivka, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Liman Pershi, Pischane and Stelmakhivka of the Kharkiv Oblast were hit by enemy artillery and mortar fire.
The enemy did not conduct offensive operations on the Lymansky direction. Makiivka in the Luhansk Oblast and Nevske, Yampolivka, Bilogorivka, Verkhnokamianske and Spirn in the Donetsk Oblast were hit by artillery fire.
On the Bakhmut direction, the enemy continues to conduct offensive actions. Fighting continues in the city of Bakhmut. The occupiers unsuccessfully attacked in the direction of Hryhorivka, Ivanovsky, and New York. Vasyukivka, Minkivka, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Markove, Hryhorivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Chasiv Yar, Kostyantynivka, Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pivdenne, Toretsk, Severne, and New York of the Donetsk Oblast were affected by enemy shelling.
On the Avdyivka direction, the enemy carried out offensive actions in the Avdyivka area, without success. The enemy fired at Orlivka, Lastochkina, Avdiivka, Tonenka, Karlivka, Netaylove and Pervomaiske in the Donetsk Oblast.
On the Maryinka direction, during the past day, our soldiers repelled attacks in the Maryinka area. Kurakhove, Georgiyivka, Pobyeda, Elizavetivka, Katerynivka and Novomykhailivka of the Donetsk Oblast also came under enemy fire.
The enemy did not carry out offensive operations on the Shakhtarsk direction during the last day. russian forces shelled Shakhtarske, Prechistivka and Ugledar in Donetsk Oblast.
russian occupiers defend on the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions. More than 40 settlements were shelled. Among them are Burlatske, Vremivka, Novosilka, Zelene Pole, Novopil of the Donetsk Oblast; Olhivske, Malynivka, Gulyaipole, Zaliznychne, Gulyaipilske, Biloghirya, Mala Tokmachka, Mali Shcherbaki, Kamianske and Stepnohirsk of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast; Nikopol – Dnipropetrovsk; Zolota Balka, Dudchany, Vesele, Dniprovske, Kizomys of the Kherson Oblast and the city of Kherson.
russian occupiers in the city of Starobilsk forcefully evict Ukrainian citizens who refused to obtain a russian passport from their homes. Usually, they come to the accommodation no more than twice. For the third time, people and their belongings are forcibly thrown out into the street. Occupants are not deterred even by the fact that minor children may live in the property. After eviction, such citizens are sent to filtration points, and their housing is given to servicemen of the russian occupation army for occupancy.
During the day, the Air Force of the Defense Forces of Ukraine carried out 10 strikes on areas where enemy personnel and military equipment were concentrated. Also, 5 enemy unmanned aerial vehicles of the Shahed-136/131 type, 2 unmanned aerial vehicles of the “Zala” type, 1 “Orlan-10”, 1 “Kub” and 1 unmanned aerial vehicle of the “Lancet” type were also shot down.
During the day, units of missile forces and artillery struck 5 areas of concentration of weapons and military equipment, 3 warehouses of ammunition and fuel and lubricants, 1 means of anti-aircraft defense and 5 more important enemy targets.
