Today, the russian forces again launched a massive attack on Ukraine, using missiles of various types. Detailed information will be provided later.
During the past 24 hours, 2 missile strikes were recorded on Kostyantynivka, Donetsk oblast, with the use of the S-300 air defense system by the enemy. In addition, the russian Federation carried out 48 airstrikes and carried out more than 50 attacks from rocket salvo systems.
The probability of further missile and air strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine remains high, because the enemy does not stop its terror tactics.
The enemy is concentrating its main efforts on the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdyivka and Maryinka directions. Last day, 49 combat clashes took place on the specified areas of the front. Bakhmut and Maryinka will continue to be at the epicenter of hostilities.
No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Poliske directions.
On the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the enemy carried out mortar and artillery attacks on the settlements of Yeline, Medvedivka, and Muravya of the Chernihiv Oblast; Vovkivka, Manukhivka, Stukalyvka, Iskryskivshchyna, Volfine, Shpyl and Stepok of the Sumy Oblast, as well as Kozacha Lopan, Hoptivka, Lukyantsi, Gatyshche, Budarky, Nesterne, Krugle, Zemlianka, Staritsa in the Kharkiv Oblast.
In the Kupyan direction, the enemy does not stop trying to improve the tactical position. Last day, he conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the districts of Masyutivka and Novoselivskyi. The enemy conducted an airstrike in the Kislivka area. Dvorichanske, Kamianka, Krasne Pershe, Mitrofanivka, Figolivka, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Kindrashivka, Kupyansk, Kislivka, Tabaivka, Berestov in Kharkiv Oblast and Stelmakhivka in Luhansk Oblast were subjected to artillery and mortar attacks.
During the past day, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Lyman direction. He carried out an air strike in the area of Spirny. In particular, Makiivka and Bilogorivka in Luhansk region and Verkhnyokamianske and Spirne in Donetsk oblast were subjected to artillery shelling.
In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy continues to conduct offensive actions. Heavy fighting continues for Bakhmut. In addition, during the past day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the direction of the settlement of Ivanovske. Hryhorivka, Bohdanivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Stupochki, Druzhba, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Severnye, Zalizne, Petrivka, Toretsk and New York of the Donetsk region were affected by enemy shelling.
In the Avdyivka direction, the enemy carried out offensive actions near Avdyivka, without success. He carried out airstrikes on Avdyivka, shelled Stepove, Lastochkina, Avdiivka, Pervomaiske and Karlivka in the Donetsk oblast with artillery.
In the Marinka direction, units of the defense forces repelled numerous russian attacks in the area of the city of Maryinka. At the same time, Krasnohorivka, Gostre, Georgiivka, Maryinka, and Novomykhailivka of the Donetsk region came under enemy fire.
During the past day, the enemy shelled populated areas in the Shakhtarsky direction. Among them are Vugledar, Prechistivka, Novoukrainka and Shakhtarske.
The enemy continues to conduct defensive operations in the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions. He carried out airstrikes on the settlements of Vilne Pole, Donetsk oblast; Mala Tokmachka – Zaporizhzhia and Stanislav and Kizomys in the Kherson Oblast. Meanwhile, he shelled the settlements of Burlatske, Vilne Pole, Novopil of the Donetsk Oblast; Olhivske, Malynivka, Gulyaipole, Zaliznychne, Gulyaipilske, Biloghirya, Mala Tokmachka, Orihiv and Kamianske of the Zaporizhzhia region; Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region, as well as the city of Kherson.
The enemy continues to cynically use the educational institutions of the temporarily occupied settlements for their own purposes. For example, the russian occupiers use the buildings of one of the local schools in the city of Yasinuvata, Donetsk region, to accommodate personnel. Military equipment is hidden in the schoolyard, basements serve as shelters.
Over the past day, the Air Force of the Defense Forces made 9 strikes on areas where enemy personnel and military equipment are concentrated, as well as 7 strikes on enemy anti-aircraft missile systems. 6 attack UAVs of various types were destroyed. And units of missile forces and artillery struck 3 control points, 5 areas of concentration of manpower, 4 artillery units in firing positions, an anti-aircraft missile complex, 5 electronic warfare stations, as well as an enemy ammunition depot.
