Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of September 21, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.
(1) Russian hybrid forces increased to 19 the number of attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours. The enemy continues to use the forbidden weaponry against Ukrainian troops.
(2) Russian occupiers launched 13 attacks with the following types of arms in the East area:
automatic grenade launchers – near Novognativka (2 times),
grenade launchers – near Novotroytske (2 times), Avdyivka, Pavlopil and Vodyane (4 times),
small arms – near Avdyivka, Novotroytske, Pavlopil, Krasnogorivka, Vodyane, Maryinka and Novognativka.
(3) Russian forces launched 6 attacks in the North area with the use of the following types of arms:
forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Novozvanivka,
grenade launchers of different systems – near Krymske and Pivdenne,
manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Novoluhanske and Mayorsk,
small arms – near Pivdenne, Mayorsk and Stanytsya Luhanska,
(4) 4 Ukrainian servicemen were wounded in actions for the last 24 hours.
