American billionaire, the creator of SpaceX and Tesla, Elon Musk, has refused the request of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman on the introduction of a renewable energy project in Ukraine.

Volodymyr Groysman’s application for the implementation of the project for the conservation of renewable energy in Ukraine was not accepted by the American corporation.

In an official letter from the Department of Public Relations of Tesla, it is said that the reasons for the refusal are the level of corruption and the unfavorable investment climate in Ukraine. Therefore, Tesla is not interested in investing in this project.
Let’s remind, that in March 2017 Volodymyr Groysman wrote on Elon Musk’s social page that Ukraine is ready to become a testing ground for innovation and proposed negotiations to launch a breakthrough project for the conservation of renewable energy in Ukraine. Such project implies the introduction of technology using batteries and allows to abandon non-renewable sources such as coal and gas.
Experts note that Ukraine will continue to be denied due to corruption and thuggery in power despite the huge potential of the country itself and the people living in Ukraine.
It should be also noted, that for past three years that President Poroshenko and his clan have been in power, Ukraine has entered the TOP 10 most corrupt countries in the world.
