Ukraine and Russia are preparing a new prisoner exchange 

Ukraine and Russia have agreed on an ‘all for all’ exchange of severely wounded and seriously ill prisoners of war.

They also agreed to exchange all young soldiers aged 18 to 25, according to Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.

In addition, 6,000 bodies of fallen soldiers will be returned to Ukraine.

This was announced by the head of the Ukrainian delegation in Istanbul, Rustem Umerov. The information was also confirmed by the President of Ukraine in Vilnius.

“They exchanged documents through the Turkish side. And we are preparing a new prisoner exchange,” Zelensky said at a briefing in Vilnius, adding that he is awaiting a full report from the head of the Ukrainian delegation, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.
