Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of September 28, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.
(1) Russian hybrid forces launched 24 attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours. The enemy used forbidden hard weaponry during attacks.
(2) Russian occupiers launched 12 attacks with the following types of arms in the East area:
anti-tank missile complex – near Novognativka (2 times),
APC fire – near Vodyane (3 times),
manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Bogdanivka (2 times),
grenade launchers of different systems – near Pishchevyk, Vodyane and Pavlopil,
automatic grenade launchers – near Maryinka,
sniper fire – near Maryinka,
small arms – near Vodyane, Bogdanivka, Pavlopil, Avdyivka, Lebedynske, Novotroytske and Maryinka.
(3) Russian occupiers launched 12 attacks in the North area with the use of the following types of arms:
forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Luhanske (3 times) and Travneve,
forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Novoluhanske (5 times), Pivdenne, Travneve and Luhanske (3 times),
APC fire – near Pivdenne,
anti-tank missile complex – near Pivdenne,
easel anti-tank grenade launchers – near Novozvanivka,
grenade launchers of different systems – near Novoluhanske and Luhanske,
grenade launchers – near Luhanske, Pivdenne and Novotoshkivske,
sniper fire – near Novoluhanske,
small arms – near Luhanske, Novozvanivka, Novotoshkivske and Pivdenne.
(4) 1 Ukrainian serviceman was killed in actions for the last 24 hours.
