The Russian Federation continues to use terror tactics. Yesterday, the enemy launched 5 rocket attacks on the cities of Kramatorsk, Kostiantynivka and Pavlograd. In addition, it carried out 27 airstrikes and carried out 45 attacks from rocket salvo systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas, there are dead and wounded among the civilian population.
The probability of launching missile and air strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.
The enemy continues to focus its main efforts on conducting offensive actions in the Bakhmut, Avdiiv and Marin areas. During the past day, units of the defense forces of Ukraine repelled more than 36 enemy attacks on the specified areas of the front. Bakhmut and Maryinka remain at the epicenter of hostilities, our defenders are firmly holding the defense.
No signs of the formation of offensive groups were found in the Volyn and Poliske directions. Certain units of the armed forces of the Russian Federation will continue to be located on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
On the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions during the past day, the enemy carried out airstrikes on the settlements of Krasnyi Khutir in the Chernihiv region and Seredyna-Buda in the Sumy region. Carried out mortar and artillery shelling of Mykolaivka, Galaganivka, Arkhipivka, Leonivka, and Oleksandrivka settlements of Chernihiv region; Seredyna-Buda, Progress, Druzhba, Bachivsk, Sopych of the Sumy region, as well as Chervona Zorya, Veterinarne, Strelecha, Hlyboke, Krasne, Vovchansk, Chernyakove and Loshakove in the Kharkiv region.
The enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Kupyansk direction. Kamianka, Krasne Pershe, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Liman Pershi, Kislivka, Berestov in the Kharkiv region and Novoselivske in the Luhansk region came under enemy artillery and mortar fire.
Nevske, Dibrova and Bilogorivka of Luhansk Oblast and Kolodyazi, Torske, Verkhnyokamianske, Cpirne and Rozdolivka of Donetsk Oblast were hit by artillery fire in the Lymansky direction.
In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy continues to conduct offensive actions. Fighting continues in the city of Bakhmut. In addition, during the past day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the direction of the settlements of Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, and Oleksandro-Shultyne. Vasyukivka, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Novomarkove, Hryhorivka, Bakhmut, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Kostyantynivka, Bila Gora, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Diliivka, Severnye, Zalizne, Yudne and New York of the Donetsk region were affected by enemy shelling.
In the Avdiivsk direction, the enemy carried out offensive actions in the area of the settlements of Avdiivka and Pervomaiske, without success. Shelled Novokalynov, Avdiivka, Tonenka, Severna, Netaylov, Karlivka, Vodyane, and Pervomaiske of the Donetsk region.
In the Marinsky direction, the enemy continues to attack the positions of the defense forces. Battles continue for Maryinka. Krasnohorivka, Pobyeda, and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region also came under enemy shelling.
During the past day, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Shakhtarsky direction. He shelled the settlements of Vugledar, Prechistivka, Novoukrainka, and Zolota Niva.
The enemy is defending in the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions. Shelled, in particular, Vremivka, Burlatsk, Novosilka, Novopil of the Donetsk region; Olhivske, Gulyaipole, Biloghirya, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanilivka, Novoandriivka, Novoyakovlivka and Kamianske of the Zaporizhzhia region; as well as Kherson, Odradokamyanka and Bilozerka of the Kherson region. He carried out an airstrike on the settlement of Kizomys in the Kherson region.
The enemy continues to try to replenish his losses in manpower at the expense of prisoners. Recently, the arrival of about 400 such persons, recruited by the “Wagner” PMC, to one of the occupiers’ field camps in the Berdyansk district of the Zaporizhzhya region was noted.
A similar replenishment is expected in the Luhansk region. It is known that up to 200 convicts will be trained at one of the training grounds near the city. Preparation will last several weeks. The personnel of the commandant’s company, which will provide protection for this contingent, have been given an order to open fire on any attempts to escape or disobey.
The so-called leadership of the Luhansk region is working on the issue of alienation of real estate of Ukrainian citizens who left the temporarily occupied territories of the region. The selected real estate is planned to be handed over to law enforcement agencies.
Over the past day, the Air Force of the Defense Forces has carried out 4 strikes on areas where enemy personnel are concentrated.
Also, an enemy reconnaissance UAV of the Orlan-10 type was shot down, and units of missile troops and artillery hit 5 areas of concentration of manpower, an ammunition warehouse, 2 areas of concentration of enemy artillery and a logistics center of the Russian occupiers.
