In 2013, the hit of the famous Victoria and Albert Museum in London was the project “David Bowie Is”, which was dedicated to the legendary rock musician. Museum set a record of visitors then: only in London 312 thousand people were able to attend the exhibition, and then it went on a tour and visited Bologna, Barcelona, Tokyo and other cities. A total of 1.5 million viewers watched a retrospective of life and work of the musician. The exhibition featured manuscripts, costumes, photographs and property from David Bowie’s performances.
This movie was shot in London in 2013 and is a rare opportunity to travel along this unique exhibition, hear the story of specially invited guests (including designer Kansai Yamamoto and Pulp band frontman, Jarvis Coker) and plunge into the world of David Bowie.
The film-exhibition is shown in the original language with Ukrainian subtitles.
