On September 19, 2019, some Russian driver uploaded a video of yet another column of Russian tanks moving in the direction of the border with Ukraine.
The actual location is near the Rodіonovo-Nesvіtayska settlement (coordinates 47.569636,39.753871).
One can only guess what Russian tanks and other heavy weaponry is doing there. It can be either another dispatch of Russian weaponry to the war zone of Eastern Ukraine, or it also can be an attempt to force Ukrainian government to sign Russian version of the Steinmeier Formula, which assumes conducting elections on the occupied territories of Eastern Ukraine BEFORE Russian troops leave the region and Ukraine gains control of Russia – Ukraine border.
