War forces everyone to think. War first forced Poroshenko to think, and second, it forced Zelensky to think in this direction. I cannot assess this now. There was the Wagner operation, there was betrayal regarding the Wagner group. Again, the war began unexpectedly. Chonhar was demined beforehand. This is how one can assess the role of the special services and the kind of people each president appoints there. Here are the consequences.
