A coordinated psychological operation by Washington and the Kremlin

A massive missile attack on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure after a long pause, but without reports of significant hits or destruction. In response, the U.S. reportedly approved and executed a missile strike on military facilities in Bryansk and Kursk regions, though again, no reports of major damage surfaced. News emerged about the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv closing due to a supposed missile threat against Kyiv itself (why Kyiv?).

Then came another “response to the response” – a missile strike on Yuzhmash with a heavy intercontinental ballistic missile (Rubezh/Bulava/Oreshnik) carrying unknown warheads, but, once more, no reports of large-scale destruction.

There are reasons to believe that coordinated actions by Washington and the Kremlin concerning Ukraine and Western citizens represent an information-psychological operation (IPSO) on the scale of the 2020 pandemic. The operation’s goal: to create a situation by January 20, 2025, where Putin can present Trump with the “capitulation of the U.S.” in Ukraine and Europe, and Trump finds it advantageous to accept, cloaking it in slogans like “ending the war and saving the world from nuclear catastrophe.”

The authors and executors of such an operation aim to push Western and Ukrainian societies to a level of fear so intense that they would forgive Trump any price he pays for “saving the world” upon taking office. This could include agreeing to transfer five Ukrainian regions to Russia and placing the rest of Ukraine under Kremlin’s protectorate (with Kremlin-appointed puppets as Ukraine’s presidents and parliamentarians).

The public is being frightened very skillfully and powerfully – I must admit. Ordinary people are on the brink of hysteria.

But… if we can read this game by the Biden administration and the Kremlin, then Trump’s team surely sees it too and will counteract it decisively, using unexpected means – unexpected for the Kremlin, of course.

Meanwhile, we need to calm down, get some rest, and focus on our own business. And please, don’t ask me what you should focus on, friends! You know better than I do what you need to do.
