Ukraine war updates on February 15, 2016 by the Presidential Administration spokeman on ATO issues  daily briefing: EMPR highlights 

(1) Warfare continues in eastern Ukraine; the enemy violated ceasefire regime 71 times over the last day, they fired upon Ukrainian armed forces with the use of heavy weaponry;

(2) Luhansk direction: ceasefire regime remains  on this direction;

(3) Donetsk direction: the enemy fired upon Ukrainian armed forces positions, periodically used heavy arms; tense atmosphere reported in Zaytseve, Pisky, Mayorsk and Krasnogoryvka, as Russian militants fired all day long there;

(4) Mariupol direction: the enemy violated ceasefire regime in Maryinka, Talakyvka, and nearby territories;  combats took place between Russian armed forces and Ukrainian servicemen in Hnutove; also Russian provoation reported in Novotroytske and Shyrokino;

(5) Ukrainian intelligence services reports that Russian forces fired upon their own positions or civil objects in the war zone in eastern Ukraine;

(6) Military trainings for Ukrainian armed forces continue; Ukrainian border guards of Odessa sea security unit conducated mutual training with Ukrainian Navy forses and Ukrainian Air forces around Zmyiniy island;

(7) Ukrainian servicemen restoring water supply in the war zone in estern ukraine, i.e. in Lebedynske, Berdianske and Sopyno;

(8) No casualties among Ukrainian serviceman reported over the last 24 hours, no KIA aw well as no WIA.
