Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of September 26, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.

(1) Russian hybrid forces dramatically increased the number of attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine to 32 for the last 24 hours. The enemy continue to use forbidden hard weaponry against Ukrainian troops.

(2) Russian proxies launched 16 attacks with the following types of arms in the East area:

forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Krasnogorivka (2 times),

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Maryinka (5 times),

APC fire – near Vodyane (3 times),

easel anti-tank grenade launchers – near Hnutove and Novoselivka,

grenade launchers of different systems – near Avdyivka, Pisky (2 times), Krasnogorivka and Maryinka,

automatic grenade launchers – near Opytne and Novotroytske,

small arms – near Avdyivka, Novognativka, Pisky, Vodyane, Maryinka and Krasnogorivka. 

(3) Russian forces launched 16 attacks in the North area with the use of the following types of arms:

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Zolote-4 (2 times), Pivdenne, Svitlodarsk, Travneve (4 times) and Novoluhanske (5 times),

easel anti-tank grenade launchers – near Luhanske,

grenade launchers of different systems – near Travneve, Novoluhanske and Novotoshkivske,

automatic grenade launchers – near Pivdenne, Zolote-4 and Svitlodarsk,

sniper fire – near Novoluhanske,

small arms – near Zaytseve, Novotoshkivske, Zolote-4, Pivdenne, Novoluhanske and Travneve.

(4) 3 Ukrainian servicemen were wounded in actions for the last 24 hours.
