Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of November 5, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.

(1) Russian hybrid forces increased to 20 the number of attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours. The enemy used forbidden 122-mm artillery, 120-mm and 82-mm mortar launchers fire against Ukrainian troops positions.

(2) Russian occupiers launched 10 attacks with the following types of arms in the East area:

forbidden 82-mm mortar launcher – near Hnutove,

manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Pishchevyk,

APC fire – near Vodyane (4 times) and Maryinka,

grenade launchers – near Vodyane (4 times), Krasnogoryvka and Maryinka (2 times),

high caliber machine guns – near Krasnogoryvka and Vodyane (4 times) and ,

small arms – near Vodyane (4 times), Starognatyvka and Maryinka (2 times),

(3) Russian proxies launched 10 attacks in the North area with the use of the following types of arms:

forbidden 122-mm artillery – near Novotoshkivske,

forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Zalizne, Novotoshkivske and Novoluhanske (3 times),

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Novotoshkivske and Novoluhanske (3 times),

manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Novoluhanske (3 times),

APC fire – near Hutyr Vilnuy and Troytske (2 times),

automatic grenade launchers – near Novoluhanske (3 times), Novgorodske and Troytske (2 times),

high caliber machine guns – near Krymske, Zalizne and Troytske (2 times),

small arms – near Novotoshkivske and Novoluhanske (3 times),

(4) No lethal casualties as well as no wounded in actions reported among Ukrainian servicemen for the last 24 hours.
