The russian Federation continues to kill the civilian population of Ukraine, and will continue to ignore the laws and customs of war, use terror tactics, carry out strikes, and shell both military and civilian targets.

During the past day, the russian occupiers launched a missile attack on the territory of Ukraine, using 17 cruise missiles and 2 ballistic missiles. As a result of combat operations, 9 cruise missiles were destroyed by the forces and means of air defense of the Air Force. In addition, the enemy carried out 39 airstrikes, launched 49 attacks from rocket salvo systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas. Unfortunately, there are victims among the civilian population, residential buildings, religious buildings and other civil infrastructure were destroyed.
The probability of launching missile and air strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.
The enemy continues to focus its main efforts on the Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Marinka directions, heavy battles continue. During the past day, 35 combat clashes took place.
In the Volyn and Poliske directions, the operational situation has not changed significantly. There were no signs of the formation of offensive groups. Certain units of the Armed Forces of Belarus perform tasks in the areas bordering Ukraine.
The enemy maintains a military presence in the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions. Airstrikes in Pavlivka and Stepny districts of Sumy region. He carried out mortar and artillery shelling of more than 20 settlements, in particular Tymonovychy, Chernihiv region; Seredyna-Buda, Pokrovka, Uhroidy, Yunakivka of the Sumy region and Uda, Kozacha Lopan, Budarky, Gatishche, Veterinarne of the Kharkiv region.
In the Kupyansk direction, our soldiers are firmly holding the defense. The enemy launched an airstrike in the Kucherivka area of the Kharkiv region. Figolivka, Berestov, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna and Kislivka of the Kharkiv region were hit by artillery and mortar attacks.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the Torsky district of the Donetsk region. He carried out an airstrike in the Serebryansky forest area in Donetsk region. The settlements of Nevske, Bilogorivka in the Luhansk region and Torske, Verkhnokamianske, Spirne, Rozdolivka in the Donetsk region were hit by artillery fire.
In the direction of Bakhmut, under heavy enemy artillery fire, our defenders successfully repelled attacks in the Bohdanivka, Klishchiivka and northeastern Orihovo-Vasylivka districts of the Donetsk region. More than 10 settlements, including Bila Gora, Bohdanivka, Ivanovske, Druzhba, and New York of the Donetsk region, were affected by enemy artillery shelling.
In the Avdiivka direction, under heavy fire from the enemy’s aircraft and artillery, our defenders successfully repelled the attacks of Russian troops in the Avdiivka and Nevelsky districts. At the same time, the enemy fired artillery at more than 10 settlements, including Avdiivka, Karlivka, Severne and Nevelske of the Donetsk region.
In the Mariinka direction, the Defense Forces continue to hold back the advance of Russian troops in the areas of Krasnohorivka and Maryinka. The enemy shelled more than 15 settlements, among them Krasnohorivka, Oleksandropil, Katerynivka, Maryinka, Pobyeda of the Donetsk region.
In the Shakhtarsk direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the Novomykhailivka area and carried out airstrikes near Blagodatny and Makarivka in the Donetsk region. He shelled more than 15 settlements, including Zolota Niva, Prechistivka, Vodyane, Vugledar, Blagodatne of the Donetsk region.
In the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, the enemy is concentrating its main efforts on preventing the further advance of our troops. He made unsuccessful attempts to restore his lost position in the Priyutny district of the Zaporizhzhia region. He carried out airstrikes in the areas of Mala Tokmachka, Orikhov, Novodanilivka of the Zaporizhzhia Region, and Antonivka of the Kherson Region. More than 30 settlements, including Novodariivka, Gulyaipole, Gulyaipilske, Novoandriivka, and Stepove of the Zaporizhia region, were hit by artillery fire; Illinka, Kamianske, Nikopol of Dnipropetrovsk region; Antonivka, Havrylivka, Novoberislav, Respublikanets, Kizomys of the Kherson region, the city of Kherson; as well as Yaselka and Ochakiv, Mykolaiv region. At the same time, the Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to conduct an offensive operation in the Melitopol and Berdyansk directions, are entrenched at the reached boundaries, inflict fire damage with artillery on identified enemy targets, and carry out counter-battery countermeasures.
Over the past day, the aviation of the Defense Forces of Ukraine carried out 7 strikes on areas where the enemy’s personnel, weapons and military equipment are concentrated. Also, our defenders destroyed 4 operational-tactical reconnaissance UAVs.
Units of rocket troops and artillery during the past day hit 1 district from the center of the enemy’s manpower, weapons and military equipment, 6 artillery pieces in firing positions, 1 command post, 1 anti-aircraft defense device and 1 enemy EW station.
In general, in the past day, Ukrainian soldiers eliminated 660 Russian invaders, burned 11 tanks, 13 armored combat vehicles, 17 artillery systems, shot down one air defense vehicle, 5 operational-tactical UAVs, 9 cruise missiles, 10 vehicles and 2 units of special equipment.
