“This is Oleg Kiper, the chief prosecutor of Kyiv.
Oleg Kiper went on a ten-day vacation abroad for the New Year and Christmas holidays.
He left on December 29, 2022 via Poland and returned on January 8, 2023.

We found that the Russian passport of his wife Irina Kiper has not yet been canceled. The Russian authorities consider the Russian passport of the wife of the chief prosecutor of Kyiv, Irina Kiper, as valid.
