The positional struggle for tactical initiative along the entire Ukraine’s front continues, with the intensity of rocket and artillery attacks increasing.
The actions of Ukrainian troops have led to a halt to the occupiers’ offensive in all areas. The “second army of the world”, which talked about “Kyiv in three days”, is now proud that they are somewhere managing to hold the line under Ukrainian attacks, although the enemy still has a much larger number of military equipment, heavy weapons, and especially aircraft. Russia has the largest number of tanks in the world, but is afraid of a few dozen Leopards and Challengers.
Russia is trying to give the impression that a major Ukrainian offensive has begun, and that the russian army has already repelled it.
In reality, Ukraine is imposing a battle of attrition on the enemy that could last for months. The remarkable victories near Kharkiv, Balakliia, and Kherson were part of a large battle of attrition that lasted for many months in 2022, and the russian front could not withstand the strain.
Not everything is going well for us now, and not everything is going well for the enemy, but Ukrainian soldiers are selflessly moving forward at every opportunity and holding their positions as always.
The work of the rear should be to support this fight. Drones are of key importance in the positional battle. No matter what kind of training we have, no matter how many procurement announcements we make, it is not enough. Drones are needed now in the first place, it is an absolute priority. The second priority is electronic warfare equipment to protect against Russian drones. Every drone that we manage to buy from China means not only strengthening our forces, but also that the Russian army will not get these drones and will not be able to kill our people with them.
The supply of drones and electronic warfare systems produced by allied countries is equally important. And the production of drones and electronic warfare systems in Ukraine is equally important. We are interested in maximizing procurement to increase production.
I would advise the Ukrainian authorities to immediately cancel any taxes and permitting procedures for the import and purchase of drones, optics, electronic warfare systems and components from both legal entities and individuals, domestic and foreign, no volunteer registers are needed at all. The more we buy drones and electronic warfare systems, both from the budget and from private individuals, the more resources we throw at the levers of our victory.
The battle for Ukraine is ongoing and will continue for a long time. It is important for us to throw as many drones, equipment and shells into the battle as possible, to throw as few people into the battle as possible, to minimize our losses.
The main result of the battle is the rate of losses and the ratio of losses.
