Russians block traffic on the Crimean bridge, claiming the second attack during a day

Russian authorities blocked traffic on the Crimean Bridge the second time during the day on Tuesday, June 3. Maritime transport has also been suspended.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing “RIA Novosti” and Russian Telegram channels.

“The Sevastopol Bay raid has been temporarily closed, and maritime passenger transport has been halted,” writes “RIA Novosti.”

Traffic on the Crimean Bridge was also blocked.

At the same time, Russian Telegram channels claim that explosions were heard near the bridge. Moreover, the occupiers complained that the bridge was allegedly under attack by underwater drones.

So far, no official confirmation of a renewed attack has been made. The self-proclaimed governor of occupied Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhayev, stated that until 4:00 p.m., the Russian navy was supposedly conducting “training of air defense crews using various types of weapons.”

However, at 4:00 p.m., the partisan movement “ATESH” reported that at around 2:45 p.m. local time, an explosion was heard near the Crimean Bridge.

“ATESH” agents report that an explosion occurred in the area of the Crimean Bridge. No air raid alert was announced in the city, but it felt as if the bridge was collapsing on its own, the partisans wrote.
