South Ukraine came under massive night attack again

During the last night, the russian forces attacked Odesa and Mykolaiv south Ukraine regions again.

Due to preliminary information, it is known that in Odesa an administration building was destroyed in the center of the city. At lease 4 citizens were injured.

“The hits in the region concern logistics facilities – these are warehouses. We know that missiles of different bases were used, a submarine that was on duty in the Black Sea, and strategic aviation were involved in the attack, and coastal missile systems were used,” said the head of the United Coordination Press Center of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine.

“As a result of the Russian attack, there is destruction in the center of Odessa, a fire broke out on an area of 300 square meters. Specialists from the relevant services are working on the spot,” the head of Odesa regional military administration said.

Two hospitalized victims are known.

Meantime, in Mykolaiv the war criminal’s attack hit a three story civilian building which caused serious fire and damage to other buildings. As a result of hitting a high-rise buildings, it is currently known about 18 injured, 9 people hospitalised, including 5 children. There are also dead, – the head of Regional Military administration reported.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine reportes in the morning that in total, the enemy fired 38 munitions: 19 cruise missiles and 19 kamikaze drones:

7 winged “Onyx” from the coastal missile complex “Bastion” (Crimea);
4 Kh-22 air-launched cruise missiles – launches were carried out from eight Tu-22MZ aircraft (Black Sea area);
3 Kalibr sea-based cruise missiles, presumably from a submarine (Black Sea area);
5 “Iskander-K” land-based cruise missiles (Crimea);
19 strike UAVs of the “Shahed-136/131” type from two directions – southern (Chauda, Crimea) and northeastern (Kursk).

18 air targets were destroyed:

• 2 Kalibr sea-based cruise missiles;
• 3 “Iskander-K” surface-based cruise missiles;
• 13 “Shahed-136/131” attack drones.

12:00 updates on the night rocket shelling of Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.

Odesa: the administrative building in the center of Odesa was destroyed, where several buildings, including residential ones, were damaged by the blast wave. 4 local residents were injured, 1 was killed.

A fire broke out in the warehouse of one of the enterprises in Odesa, which was also targeted by the enemy. A civil servant was injured.

Mykolaiv: the two upper floors of a three-story building were destroyed as a result of a rocket impact, a large-scale fire broke out, and several surrounding buildings were damaged. 19 people were injured.
