Ukraine counter offensive: official digest. June 23, 2023
The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to conduct Ukraine counter offensive operation, with the following success for the past day, June 23, 2023.
Ministry of Defence deputy head Hanna Maliar made an official announcement that Ukraine defense forces stopped the russian enemy’s offensive in the Kupyansk and Lyman directions.
The spokesman of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andriy Kovalev informs today that Defense forces of Ukraine have success in the directions of Novodanilivka – Robotine & Mala Tokmachka – Novofedorivka in the Zaporizhzhia region. UA troops are entrenched at the achieved borders.
Ukraine liberated 510 km² of territory near Krasnohorivka for the first time since 2014, intelligence agencies says. For about 9 years, this territory was under the russian occupation forces control, but yesterday it was returned back. Official information from the General Staff will be published in the nearest times.
