After recent russian strikes of an energy facility, Kherson region has been left without electricity, and water in the regional center is being supplied on a schedule.

The situation with electricity supply in the Kherson region remains difficult following a strike on a critical energy facility by Russian forces. As a result of the attack, residents of the region were left without power, and water in Kherson is now being supplied according to a set schedule.

Attack on Kherson Region’s Energy Infrastructure

The situation with energy supply in the Kherson region remains difficult — another attack by Russian forces has damaged a critically important energy infrastructure facility.

Energy workers are making every effort to eliminate the consequences of the strike as quickly as possible and restore electricity to residents’ homes. All relevant services and ministries have been involved in the restoration of power supply.

At present, the timeline for completing the repairs remains uncertain.

“We urge residents of the region to understand the situation and prepare for a possible prolonged power outage,” Prokudin emphasized.

According to the Kherson City Military Administration, due to the power outage, water supply in Kherson will follow a temporary schedule:

 • from 7:00 to 9:00

 • from 17:00 to 19:00

There may also be interruptions in water supply to the upper floors of multi-story buildings.

All services are operating in enhanced mode to stabilize the situation as quickly as possible.
