Volunteer in a Lamborghini: The Story of Great Success During a Great War

In January 2024, a Ukrainian volunteer travels abroad for the third time using the “Shlyakh” system. He flies first class, spending three weeks in Thailand, two weeks in Dubai, including a stay at the newly opened and most expensive Atlantis The Royal, and a week in Barcelona. Finally, he visits his “friends” in the “Monaco Battalion.” He spends over a hundred thousand dollars on this vacation. Upon returning to Ukraine, he brings back, attention, two Mavic Classic drones, a few boxes of powdered borscht, and diapers.

Mykhailo Tkach investigates.

I believe the notorious “Hrynkevich” are mere “children” compared to the hero of our new article.

“No one knows who he is, but he has a Lamborghini, so just in case, everyone greets him,” is how 37-year-old Oleksiy Vladimirov is described in the elite Kyiv sports club “Tsarsky,” who suddenly began attracting the attention of the remaining Kyiv elite during the full-scale war.

A superficial search of open sources shows that Vladimirov officially owns the unprofitable Georgian restaurant “Saperavi” in Kyiv. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he was photographed in military uniform and is recorded in the Getcontact app as “Klitschko humanitarian aid,” “kickback from tender,” “Klitschko. Cement,” and so on.

A more thorough search shows that in June 2023, Vladimirov bought an elite sports car, a Lamborghini Huracan, and two months later, in September, a latest-model Range Rover.

He regularly travels abroad for vacations through the volunteer system “Shlyakh” and hosts Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko and representatives of the state company “Spetstechnoexport,” which purchases weapons abroad on behalf of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense.

I will separately detail each episode. There are defense contracts, tenders for the reconstruction of squares and parks in Kyiv, and even an international drug cartel.

But for now, let’s focus on this.

In June 2023, Oleksiy Vladimirov buys a Lamborghini, in September a latest-model Range Rover. In January 2024, using the “Shlyakh” system, he travels abroad for the third time.

He flies first class, spending three weeks in Thailand, two weeks in Dubai, including a stay at the newly opened and most expensive Atlantis The Royal, a week in Barcelona, and finally, visits his “friends” in the “Monaco Battalion.”

He spends over a hundred thousand dollars on this vacation.

Upon returning to Ukraine, he brings back, attention, two Mavic Classic drones, a few boxes of powdered borscht, and diapers.

Once again, the “Shlyakh” system – two months around the world, two Mavics bought in Warsaw, Vladimirov brings them in on a 2023 Range Rover.

Look at the photos and try to comprehend.

Because I can’t.
