MP Andriy Derkach, the initiator of a criminal case on interference in US elections, has disclosed documents proving that Gizo Uhlava, First Deputy Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, for several years provided the US Embassy in Kyiv with information that adversely affected the course of events in Ukraine and the US.

“We will disclose the correspondence of NABU staff and US Embassy staff over several years, which is contained in the case file under Article 111 of the Criminal Code on state treason, as well as documents within 6 criminal proceedings against Burisma, featuring former US Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter …

For a long time, Gizo Uhlava, First Deputy Director of the NABU, through his assistant Polina Chyzh, provided the US Embassy with information that affected events in Ukraine and the USA. NABU leaked information to US Embassy staff and coordinated a number of high-profile cases.”

According to Derkach, these documents testify to NABU’s submission to the control of a certain representative of the US Embassy’s diplomatic mission, the US Embassy’s pressure on Ukrainian law enforcers and state officials from 2016 to 2018, Ukrainian law enforcers and state officials’ interference in the 2016 US election, and the likely corruption of Biden and his son Hunter.

Derkach also said that he had documents about pressure on ex- Attorney General Viktor Shokin related to the Burisma investigation.

The MP assured that he had received the documents from investigative journalists, who are worried about their safety and life.
