Regarding Kamala Harris's chances
The withdrawal of Joe Biden from the presidential race, marked by his chronic reluctance to make important decisions, is quite predictable, though rare, Oleksandr Kochetkov admits.
A similar reason for stepping down, “I am tired, I am leaving,” brings to mind only Boris Yeltsin.
But now, the more important question is: “Can Kamala Harris gain enough momentum in such a short time to become the first female President of the United States?”
As a political strategist, I believe that, while her chances are slim, they do exist.
Firstly, it will depend on how convincingly Ms. Harris can assure voters that her presidency will be decisive, free from senility, and, most importantly, predictable. In other words, she needs to adopt Donald Trump’s slogan “Make America Great Again!” but show that she has a concrete plan to achieve this. And this plan needs to be more realistic than “I’ll call Zelensky, and then I’ll call Putin.”
Secondly, much will depend on her choice of vice-presidential candidate. If I were asked, I would advise her to pick someone very famous from the world of entertainment or journalism, someone who can cleverly and accurately mock the opponent, as Trump consistently does.
However, all of this might not be enough. Harris could win if something extraordinary, large-scale, and tragic happens that unites Americans around the White House as a symbol of statehood. Something like “September 11,” not necessarily within the States themselves, but involving American citizens.

With respect, she will not and should not adopt "Make America Great Again" as a slogan, in any form. 'MAGA' is widely understood to be toxic & racist code for "a return to the way things were" with old hierarchies of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, etc. It's extraordinarily divisive and is literally the banner of neo-fascism that sane Americans are trying to prevent.
