Four paths to the Hague for LPR and DPR terrorists

Recent gravest crimes against humanity of the Russian Donbas terrorists which could be judged in the International Court of Justice in the Hague.

1. Boeing 777 shot down. On July 17, 2014 at 16:20 p. m. local time, a Boeing-777 passenger airliner was shot down. Contact with the plane had been lost at around 16.00 p.m. The Malaysian Airlines plane MH17 was heading from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, carrying 295 people on board, 283 of who were passengers and 15 crew members. The plane, having reportedly flown at a height of 10K metres, crashed near a village between the cities of Snizhne and Torez. 2. Sheeling of Mariupol. January 24, 2015 at 9:25 a.m. local time Russian troops and terrorists shelled the ‘Skhidniy’ district in the southern Ukrainian city of Mariupol. One more shelling took place later the day at around 13:30 p.m. The shelling of residential areas in Mariupol during the day was extremely heavy, around 40 Russian missiles were shelled. The death toll has already reached 30 people, including children, and wounded more than one hundred. OSCE SMM to Ukraine concluded Mariupol had been shelled from the areas controlled by Russian-backed militants. In the meantime, equipped with a compass and basic knowledge about rockets entry point at shelling, Mariupol local resident proves the city was shelled by Russian-backed terrorists. 3. Shelling of a passenger bus near Volnovakha. 13 January 2015 around 14:30 p.m. local time Russian militants shelled a checkpoint in the population centre of Buhas in the Volnovakha area, Donetsk oblast killing 13 civilians. The terrorists shelled the route used solely by civilian vehicles from BM-21 Grad launch vehicle and fired 40 rockets, as reported by the Prosecutor’s Office of the Donetsk Oblast. 10 people – 6 women and 4 men were killed on the spot. 3 more died in hospital later that day. OSCE SMM’s report on this massacre refutes an allegation of Russian terrorists and Russian mass media version of shelling. 4. Bus stop shelling in Donetsk. 22 January,2015 early in the morning at least 8 civilians were killed and 7 got wounded as a result of mortar shelling of a trolleybus in Donetsk. In should be noticed that place of accident was in 20 km from the conflict zone near the Donetsk Airport and from the nearest location of Ukrainian forces. It means that militants shelled civilians on purpose. It shall be particularly noted that the trolleybus was shelled by mortar and not by BM-21 launch vehicle “Grad”. Contrary to ‘Grad’, the range of mortar is limited by 4,3 km at longest, while the closest position of Ukrainian forces was at least in 20 km. Investigation of this crime is available here.

Terrify numbers of murdered citizens will remain just numbers unless the readers, being provided with enough evidences, will learn every case, commemorate victims and support Ukraine until Hague verdict ‘GUILTY’ for LPR and DPR terrorists, and for the Kremlin as the main sponsor of agression in the territory of Ukraine.
