Volunteers came under pressure of the Ukrainian fiscal authority

Spring has come. And instead of high officials assets clarifications, Ukraine fiscal authority, in particular, tax authority headed by questionable person Dmytro Hetmantsev, start hunting on volunteers.

Here below, we publish just one among many examples of financial pressure, volunteers suffered now.

Dozens of friends helped me repair cars in Lviv, Dnipro, Odesa and Kyiv. They spent their money and we all helped and transferred money to their accounts.

Now everyone has problems with the tax authorities… And how to live with this?

“There is a problem that needs to be addressed urgently! We all have a common goal. I repair cars for the front. To purchase spare parts and pay for repairs, I used the individual’s card for pay-outs, which is linked to the private entrepreneur’s card, but provided for the use by an individual and not an entrepreneur! A month and a half ago, I was called to the bank and asked to explain why the money turnover on my personal individual’s card exceeds the income of the private entrepreneur. I explained that now is not the time to engage in entrepreneurial activities, and the movement on the individual’s card is carried out for the sake of victory! I wrote an explanatory letter and undertook to register as a volunteer! Then I registered! But now I have been told that I have to pay a tax of 19.5% on all the funds that got on my card for volunteering for the whole of 2022. !!! That is, I have to pay tax on the money that I personally put on my card via ATM – my own funds and the money I received from the guys to repair the cars that they themselves had bought for the front! This is some kind of trash! I have to pay tax on the money of Shota, Vadym and my own money! And the tax officials say that it is exactly so! This is some incompetent decision! I ought not to show the total amount received for the implementation of volunteer activities! But why should I lie, hide something, as if I stole it? Maybe there is an opportunity to raise this issue in the media? In any case, it is necessary to bring this issue to the public!”
