Ukroboronprom sold weaponry worth a record 3 billion UAH in 2017

The state factory “Ukroboronprom” sold arms and military equipment worth a record 3 billion hryvnias in 2017.

The state-owned enterprise Malyshev Factory, which is part of the “Ukroboronprom”, sold arms and other products worth a record amount of over 3 billion UAH in 2017.

This is reported by the press service of “Ukroboronprom”.

It was noted that such a result was achieved thanks to the fulfillment of all set tasks on time, including the completion of scheduled shipments of BM “Oplot” tanks for Thailand. The last batch of combat vehicles passed stationary and field tests in 2017.

According to the information, in the first half of 2018 it is planned to give Thailand several war machines under the contract. At the moment, the plant is ready to proceed with the execution of the State Defense Order for the manufacture of “Oplot” tanks for the UAF.

In Pakistan, the company sent a fifth batch of the engine and transmission units for the Al-Khalid-1 military vehicle (engine, transmission, engine maintenance, air purification system, armored roof).
