The plant is not operating because Russia is illegally holding it. The question is whether we can restore this plant.

We discussed the security of civilian and energy infrastructure. I told Trump that it would be desirable to prepare a list of facilities that should not be targeted by Russia’s long-range weapons. This could include railways and ports. We know all the sites that Russia attacks.

Right now (yesterday evening), there are about 107 Shahed drones in the sky. But I understand that until an agreement is reached, until there is a document on at least a partial ceasefire, everything will continue to be launched.
